Very good location and the service from the staff was really good. The facilities were also good.

The lack of parking is an issue but the staff were quite helpful which I appreciated.

amazing breakfast, great bennedicts and marvelous cappuccino! this is my fav breakfast and you nailed it!

the hotel is a bit old, the facade is new, but maybe some renovations are in place. but generally very good

Location is superb - easy walk to beach and restaurants; fabulously helpful and friendly staff

Great location in the heart of buzzing seapoint. Cheap rate.

Disappointing nothing like the pictures.

Upstairs bedroom area.

Balcony, birw, furniture or lack thereif. Not a comfortable place to sit in and lots of issues needed gixing broken yable, TV and fridge. Towels were very thin and worn.

The area was very clean. My parents really enjoyed the friendly neighborhood seagulls. It added a little something extra to their trip. Well located.

Very Good

Great location. Access to many eateries, groceries, the beach and promenade. Vibey entrance through Jarryds. Friendly staff. Keycard access in the lift to room floors.

No onsite parking is an issue. Front of house need to provide proper details and best options of available parking garages and the cost for overnight/longterm stay. The Hotel could possibly negotiate better rates for guests. Offloading luggage when arriving in one's own car is awkward. Concierge and porter helped us but it was a mission offloading from the busy street.

Super frienly and helpful staff, great location in the middle of very lively neighborhood, quiet room with large terrace and equipped with everything that is needed during a short city stay.

Overall the stay was great, location was awesome, staff were awesome and facilities were sufficient. Loft space was real

Location was great, lots of space and facilities were sufficient

Only the upstairs aircon was working. Parking was the main reason I booked here only to be removed a few weeks before coming down.

The staff was really friendly and helpful with everything!

The bed could have been more comfortable and the rooms could have had more decor - but with this price all was great!

Very few TV channels and the pictures were very poor. The rooms need to renovated and the balcony furniture were rusty.

Simple stay, great location

Best location you can find in Sea Point, right on top of Jarryd‘s. The bed is comfortable, AC works great. Small kitchen included.

Dead mosquitos all over the bathroom, couch and outdoor furniture need to be replaced urgently

It was good

I liked the fact that it's central, it's close to restaurants and shops.

The towels needs to be burned and get new ones. The bath tub glass, needs to be changed, you have to get into the tub to open water.
